Customer ratings gives you up from now the advantage, to increase the trust of your webshop customers even more by making the satisfaction of your customers public.

So customers are able to give their ratings at your certification page with a school grade and verbally. Whenever a customer rating is made, it will be published automatically after a verifying phase of 14 days. During this phase it is possible for you to raise an objection against the rating or to activate it ahead of time. To hold the data up to date, there are always just the newest ratings shown.

The feature is integrated up from now without extra costs in your Trustlabel certificate (up from Trustlabel Standard / E-Commerce small).
