Which requirements do I need to use a Trustlabel-Certificate?
There are no system requirements to perform. You just need a website or webshop for which you want to increase the number of orders or registrations.
Are Trustlabel-Certificates compatible with any shopsystem?
Yes, with every.
How simple/complex is the integration?
The integration of the cachet is very easy. You get a HTML sourcecode from us, which you have just to copy into your webshop. The whole integration will not need longer than one or two minutes. However if you have troubles with the integration, just tell us, our support-team will help you whenever you anytime.
Can I use "Trustlabel-Certificate Website" also for small webshops?
Of course. The only reason why the certificate has got the additional name "Website"
Selbstverständlich. Das Zertifikat trägt nur deshalb die Zusatzbezeichnung is, that it was originally concepted for websites. But it can also be used for smaller webshops which produces smaller business volumes.
Which advantages gives me Trustlabel?
At the one hand you get more orders and registrations on same number of online users - you get a higher conversationrate. Furthermore Trustlabel offers you very high security levels, because your webshop or website will be verified in realtime, and not just one time yearly.
How are customer ratings working?
Customer ratings (up from Trustlabel Standard) gives you the advantage, to increase the trust of your webshop customers even more by making the satisfaction of your customers public. So customers are able to give their ratings at your certification page with a school grade and verbally. Whenever a customer rating is made, it will be published automatically after a verifying phase of 14 days. During this phase it is possible for you to raise an objection against the rating or to activate it ahead of time. To hold the data up to date, there are always just the newest ratings shown.
